Welcome to Eatfolio! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Eatfolio mobile application ("the App"). By using Eatfolio, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Eatfolio

Eatfolio is a social platform for sharing and discovering food and dish reviews. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Your Account

• You may create one account per person
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You can delete your account at any time by contacting us

3. Content You Post

You retain ownership of the content you post on Eatfolio (photos, reviews, comments). By posting content, you grant Eatfolio a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the App and for marketing purposes.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Contains spam, scams, or misleading information
• Harasses, bullies, or threatens other users
• Contains explicit or inappropriate material unrelated to food
• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property

4. Social Features

Eatfolio includes social features such as following other users, liking and commenting on reviews, sending friend requests, and sharing content. You agree to use these features respectfully and not to harass or spam other users.

5. AI Features

Eatfolio uses artificial intelligence to analyze your food photos and generate your taste profile and food title. These are generated for fun and personalization purposes. AI-generated content may not always be perfectly accurate.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Use automated tools to scrape data or create fake accounts
• Impersonate other users or entities

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

8. Disclaimers

Eatfolio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free of errors. Restaurant information, ratings, and AI-generated content are provided for informational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eatfolio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
